Lola + The Boys is Turning Five!

In 2016 Irina Ovrutsky, the founder of Lola + The Boys decided to start creating and selling her very own fun, exciting, colorful line of children’s clothing. She, along with her daughter Lola, began designing all the clothes you see in our retail and online store today. From choosing the colors and material to designing the absolute best, the duo worked hard to create fun, fashionable, trendy clothing. Now, the brand has grown to become somewhat of a household name, even being worn by  celeb kids, like True Thompson and Blue Ivy.

Creating Fun Children’s Clothing is Irina Ovrutsky’s Dream

One of the greatest things about the Lola + The Boys clothing line is that it’s fun and affordable for everyone. Instead of having to force your child into a designer outfit that they don’t want to wear, or will ruin with their rough play, Irina imagined something better. Lola + The Boys are not only budget-friendly, they’re also designed for comfort, fashion, and with kids in mind. It’s everything about children’s fashion wrapped in one beautifully elegant package. 

But it’s not just about the kids. Irina won’t let the moms get left out, either!

She’s designed dozens of different  tops, and  dresses for women, including an extensive  Mommy + Me collection. 

Lola + The Boys has definitely been a passion project over the last five years, and it’s only been made possible because of supporters like you!

In the five years that we’ve been around, Lola + The Boys has definitely made ourselves known. Our brand has quickly grown in popularity, and we’re so thankful to you for continuing to help us skyrocket to success. 

Between tagging us in your adorable photos on Instagram to taking part in all of our new clothing drops, you’ve helped us make our place in the world every step of the way. And we couldn’t be more thankful. Because of you, Lola + The Boys is growing in popularity every single day. 

We’re now shipping orders to families all around the world. Kids in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and even Dubai are wearing Lola + The Boys apparel. Our bright colors, shimmery rainbows, and fun designs are making a mark on every corner of the world. We can’t wait to see where we go from here!

Five Years Down and Many More to Go

Five years is a milestone anniversary, but for Lola + The Boys, it’s just the start. In that time, we’ve learned so much about running a successful business, designing the best clothes, and making kids and their families happy. We hope to grow even bigger to help more kids express themselves through their wardrobes and enjoy the clothes they wear!
