Returns

Lola + The Boys Standard Return/Exchange Policy is 30 days from the date you received merchandise to notify us of a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Lola’s team discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

All SALE items are final, but maybe exchanged for a different size only. All shipping fees for normal return apply.

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion replace it.

All in store returns must present a valid state identification in order to verify and protect our amazing customers from any potential fraud!
