All orders will generally ship within 2-3 business days from the day of order placement. During peak times orders may take 4-5 business days or more to ship from the day of order placement.

Regular shipping will take 4-7 working days to deliver after the order departs from the warehouse.


Orders under express shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days.

Overnight shipping will arrive the next business day

Saturday Overnight will arrive the next day, Saturday as long as the order was processed Friday before 4pm.

Expedited and ground shipping speeds come into effect after your non-custom order has been processed and/or your custom order is completed. Choosing expedited shipping will not expedite your order’s processing time.

We’ve partnered with Swipe—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Swipe provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Please note LOLA is not responsible for lost or missing packages unless Swipe Package Protection is purchased. For orders without package protection, customers can file a claim with a courier.

We are unable to combine shipping or refund extra shipping costs. Once your order is placed, it is given to our team to be packed and filled.

Yes, we ship internationally and on our orders duties and taxes are included through our partnership with Shopify Markets Pro! All international orders are final!

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with essential tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours for your first scan to appear. You can also log in to the SHOP App to check updates on orders.

We do our best to ship all orders following the turnaround time that was posted on your cart page and in your email confirmation at the time of purchase. However, please note that orders are sometimes subject to delay. Lola + The Boys is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, and we do not refund shipping if your package is delayed due to courier issue.
